Please join us for 1st Grade End of the Year Picnic.

WHEN: Wednesday, May 15, 2024

TIME: 12:15 - 12:45  (Rain or shine)

WHERE: School Pavilion

LUNCH:  You can bring a special lunch from home or food from a restaurant. 

WHAT IS NEEDED: Bring blankets and chairs to have yourr picnic with your child on the grass. We do have a pavilion but seating is limited.

IMPORTANT: You cannot check your child out until the picnic is over and all students have returned back to their classrooms. 

NOTES:  

• Arrive at 12:00 to check in
• Bring your driver's license to be able to enter the building and check in.
• After you are checked in you will wait in the lobby area for your students class. All of the 1st Grade Student classes will walk down the hallway towards the gym and exit to the playground. You will follow them.
• Picnic will end at 12:45. You cannot check your child out until the picnic is over.
• You MUST be on the child's approved pick up list to sign the student out
• You will come to the school office to sign yourself and your child out at the end of the picnic.
• You MUST be on the child's approved pick up list.
